Purpose
The rotary trash cleaning machine is a kind of rough grille equipment to remove the solid suspended substance in the water. It could continuously remove the solid suspended substance in the water, with reasonable design, simple structure, safe and reliable operation，and high automation degree and could be widely applied in the urban sewage treatment, intake of tap water factory,rainwater pump station, cooling water of the power factory and other treatment place with huge water flow.

Equipment composition
The rotary trash cleaning machine is mainly composed by the drive gear shifting device, rack, main shaft, transmission guide wheel, support wheel, grid, slag holding plate, tine harrow and dragging chain, etc.

Operationg pronciples
For the rotary trash cleaning machine, the drive mechanism drive the main shaft to rotate, the chain wheels at both sides of the main shaft make the chain turn around, evenly distribute the tine harrows on the ring chain. The space of the tine harrows is intertwined and parallel with the grille space. In rotational movement, the mobile tine harrows are inserted to the fixed grille space and move upward, the suspended substance (grille slag) intercepted by the grille is scraped to the discharge place above the platform and the sewage unloading mechanism discharges the grille slag to the conveyor or the slag storage container. The water flows through the grille and the whole working status undergoes continuously.
